Hi All.
The PBX is working fine and the mobile app works great too - SIP trunk yet to be provisoned.
I've been asked by the powers that be to provision these Gigaset DX800A handsets.
Before we even get to the fact that these models are 'unsupported', I've followed the steps outlined in the Provisioning Unsupported IP Phones guide to create the provisioning template and save the aptly named dx800a.ph.xml file in the either of the locations that I think is right on my Windows box:
c:\ProgramData\3CX\Instance1\Data\Http\Templates\phones
c:\ProgramData\3CX\Data\Http\Templates\phones
However, when attempting to provision the phone, the dx800 name wont even appear in the models list, so I don't even get as far as selecting it, never mind entering the MAC address.
Any and all help appreciated.
All the best.
