Solved Intercoms that are connected to 3cx

Hello.
we installed 2 intercoms that have a mini server and every button has a sip (3 buttons in total).
we added those sips username and password and put an extension from the 3cx.
the thing is sometimes is works sometimes it dosent (rings the extension),
the intercom dials but sometimes the extension dosent ring and sometimes we just see a missed call

the intercoms are Came bpt -Xpi/Eti.

any idea's ?

as we dont know the device, your best start is via Wireshark (https://www.3cx.com/docs/capture-network-traffic/) to see what is happening.

Or you tested intercoms:

Doorphones / PA Systems / Intercom

• Alphatech
• Cyberdata
• Fanvil i20, i21/i21T
• snom PA1 – Public Announcement System

Hello.
I resolved it by checking the network that blocked the ports
it was only open from the checkpoint to one side (any to any)
for example from the 3cx to the intercom but not from the intercom to the to the 3cx
the configuration in the end was 2 intercoms 3 buttons that each has its own sip

now its working perfectly.
