I am trying to programme a softkey on two T19_E2 to pickup calls to each other. I have gone into the phones web interface, Dsskey, found the softkey I want to remap, changed it to speed dial (also tried setting it to pickup), entered in 20MyExtension and hit save. It loads onto the phone but when I try and pickup a call going to the other phone I get an error message saying invalid account.
I read through the manual for the T19_E2 and also tried the features, pick up and park and put 20 for the directed pickup which does work (it involves having to pickup the phone while the other one is ringing, hitting the next menu item button, pressing DPickup, typing in the other extension and then it picks up) but this takes longer than just pressing 20extension.
Is it possible to re-programme the softkeys on the T19_E2 to be one press pickup like you would with a BLF on other yealink phones?
