How to Upgrade
Upgrade your IP Phone firmware directly from the Admin Console in your 3CX. Navigate to “Phones” → “Upgrade”.
Alternatively, you can upgrade from the Users page of the Admin Console. Navigate to “Users” > Click on a User > Open the IP Phone tab and click “Upgrade”.
