Two years since the introduction of 3CX Hosting, and it’s since become a fully mature service and the preferred method of 3CX deployment globally. The time has come to change our free hosting trial and pricing. This will create more opportunities for 3CX Partners to increase sales and hit their targets.
Two months hosting… free
The one year free hosting offer is ending. It was a great incentive for customers to jump on the bandwagon while we were getting started. From now onwards we will only be offering two months of free hosting with every new subscription.
Existing customers on our 3CX Hosting will continue to enjoy this service for the remainder of the one year period. We keep our promises!
Hosting price & partner margins
We’re also making some pricing adjustments to our yearly hosting pricing, adding yet another revenue multiplier for our partners. And as a thank you for promoting our 3CX hosted service, we’re increasing our partner margins by up to 20% on hosting!

End of V18 promo pricing
Our current subscription costs reflect v18 promotional pricing. As of August 10th 2022, pricing will be adjusted in the following currencies: EUR, CHF, AUD, CAD, GBP. Standard Edition renewals will increase across all currencies, including USD. The new pricing will be announced in the upcoming weeks, so stay tuned!
StartUP sales are starting soon
We plan to release StartUP PRO for sale in September 2022. As a head’s up, here’s what we plan on pricing it at:
StartUP 10 will be sold at $/€ 175
StartUP 20 will be sold at $/€ 275
Partner margins for StartUP are up to 35%, subject to the terms and conditions of the 3CX Partner Program.
Perpetual Licence
New perpetual licence sales will no longer be an option. Existing customers can trade-in their existing perpetual licence for an annual subscription for free - for one whole year! Alternatively, existing customers can continue to renew such licences - at the same price as the equivalent annual subscription.
