New AI features to be part of Enterprise Edition - Pricing readjustment 15%.
Last week’s update - 3CX AI The Next Chapter - is a game changer and marks the beginning of where we’re headed next. We’re readying many new features leveraging AI. In the past year alone, we’ve delivered transcription and analytics as well as more recently 3CX AI Receptionist. All have been delivered into the Enterprise edition.
However the enterprise edition price difference with the normal PRO edition is outdated and needs to be readjusted. In this pricing correction we’re increasing the prices of the Enterprise Edition by approximately 15%.
Delivering on the 2025 Strategy
Almost a year ago we laid out our strategic vision for the next 3 years. Let’s take a look back at what we’ve achieved.
As well as CDR 2.0 - for better Reporting, a Switch for multi company mode and new call flow designer for 3CX V20 each update this year has been packed with enterprise-centric features:
- Update 5 Google workspace, Teams status control & Vmail transcription
- Update 6 New reports & filters, new CDR and Grafana integration
- Update 7 Improved System Management for Admins
- Update 8 Department phonebook, local transcription and new AI-powered receptionist
4SC Hosting Changes
Critical decisions were made in early 2025 to allow a smooth transition for all parties affected and at the same time allowed us to focus our marketing, development and support resources on mid size & larger installs and on customers who require professional telephony solutions.
Here’s what’s new
- Alerts: There will be no further follow up alerts on a per instance basis for 4SC Hosting.
- Specific Hosting Support: You can no longer request specific hosting support for your 4SC instance.
- Release Candidates: Automatically installed on 4SC Hosted licenses. This means that during the release candidate period you cannot move out of 3CX Hosting. Once the particular update is released, however, you will be able to move out of 3CX Hosting.
Maximum Number of Extensions Update
3CX's unique and generous user licensing model, inherently less expensive for most medium to large installs, has allowed you to have a range of users rather than having to pay per-user, per-month. Following on from last week’s blog, the maximum number of extensions table has been further refined to benefit bigger licenses particularly. Please see below for current figures.
| 4 | 15 | 1-15 |
| 8 | 40 | 16-40 |
