Upgrade to 3CX V20 and keep your apps connected.
Following our V18 End of Support announcement, as of now, support for 3CX Version 18 has officially stopped and the Android, iOS, and Windows Softphone will no longer connect to systems still running V18. This means push notifications, mobile and desktop app connectivity, updates and official fixes are no longer available for this legacy version.
To ensure uninterrupted service, better security, and access to the latest features, we strongly recommend upgrading to 3CX Version 20. Migration guides and upgrade instructions are available here.

Other Announcements
- Following Microsoft’s end of support for Windows 10, we highly recommend our users to update to the latest version of Windows 11.
- iOS users should ensure their devices are running iOS 16 or later, as this will soon become a minimum requirement for the 3CX app.
- 3CX Desktop App users have been advised to migrate to the Windows Softphone App. The Desktop App will be blocked with V20 Update 9. We anticipate this will not be until at least February next year. Therefore, users who require additional time for migration should delay their upgrade to Update 9. This should give you the additional time needed to make the necessary changes.
