New BETA enhances the Android ad-hoc conferencing feature.
The ad-hoc conferencing feature is the main focus of this Android BETA release. Apart from the ability to elevate a single call to a conference, you can now merge calls, i.e. if an incoming call occurs whilst in a conference you can add that call to the conference. More details on this feature below.
Improved Ad-hoc Conferencing

Create a 3 way conference:
Whilst on a call, simply tap on the ‘Conference’ button, and dial in your second participant. Once they answer, you are in a three-way conference call.
Add more participants:
Tap on the ‘Conference’ button again to add more participants to your call and then:
- Tap on the ‘+’ button at the bottom right to select your participants. Participants are sorted by extension, bridged extension and phonebook contacts.
- Hit the green arrow and the selected participants are called. Upon answering they are added to your conference.
Merge an incoming call:

If an incoming call occurs and you answer it you can add this caller to your active conference, by tapping on the ‘Merge’ button. This feature is only available on V20, Update 3 and above.
You can only have one private conference running at any point.
