Our latest 3CX iOS App, currently in Beta now provides an even better user experience, fast voicemail access and much more. We highly recommend you upgrade the PBX to the latest version 18 in order to benefit from all the new features it provides.
Fast voicemail access
For faster access to voicemail, our latest client provides a dedicated voicemail button on the application tab bar. A red badge indicates whenever new voicemails have arrived.
Custom sound for chat notifications
If your 3CX PBX is running the latest version 18, then your iOS app will allow you to select a custom sound for chat notifications. Just open the client menu and in settings configure the “Play chat notification” option.
Fast chat archive/unarchive
If your device is running iOS 15, now you can easily archive/unarchive chats straight from the chats list. Simply swipe left and the archive/unarchive button will be revealed.
Other fixes and improvements
- Fixed: Web Meeting link missing in the email sent when scheduling a video conference.
