Final release of V20 3CX App for iOS available for download.
The new 3CX iOS App is now available in the App Store! With its iOS 17 support and faster connectivity this release focuses on massively improving the entire user experience, making it faster, better and more seamless.

Improved Support for iOS 17
In the final release, we’ve fine tuned and improved support for iOS 17. As a result, the app offers superior call quality and security and works entirely in-sync with your device’s OS.
Get Connected 40% Faster
We’ve reduced the server load, and thus improved response times and system performance by adding Json Web Tokens (JWT) to the app. Just to put things in perspective:
- Current - iOS client connecting to a PBX V18 - 2.4s
- Final - iOS client connecting to a PBX V20 - 1.6s
Sleek Design
Last but not least we’ve given the app a facelift! A sleek new interface with new icons added to the dialer offers a simpler and more polished look.
Other Improvements
- Better handling of chat transfers to queues and ring groups
- Voicemail includes more detailed results for more reliability
- A more efficient call recovery system in place in poor network connectivity
- Improved connectivity between the app and PBX
