The 3CX iOS App official release is now ready to be downloaded via the App Store. Answer WhatsApp messages centrally and on the move with the 3CX mobile app for iOS. Optimized to fully support iOS16, the updated app will also only connect to a v18 instance.

Update 5 of 3CX version 18 has WhatsApp integration that is easy to set up and provides many advantages over WhatsApp business. Through 3CX an organization can route incoming WhatsApp messages or SMS/MMS to groups of agents who can take ownership, transfer, and archive conversations. SMS/MMS messaging has also received a complete overhaul. Setup is now even easier when using a preferred or supported SMS/MMS provider.
V18: A faster, more reliable mobile experience
Version 18 is no longer a ‘good to have’ but a ‘must’. Having been around for over a year, it brings many mobile improvements, including better reconnection when changing between cellular data and WiFi and superior audio quality. Anyone trying to connect to a V16 instance will now be presented with a notification that the instance needs to be updated to V18 to regain connection.
