The latest iOS Beta release ensures a more seamless and enhanced user experience with an improved chat feature as well as the CRM contact filtering.
Chat & CRM Contacts
We've improved the chat feature to better support long messages and tweaked the forwarding functionality.
In addition to the chat improvements, iOS 17 users can now expect more accurate search results when looking for CRM contacts.
Closing the App Whilst on a Call
Previously, when a user terminated the 3CX App, they’d be disconnected from an ongoing call, whilst the other participant would remain on the call. We’ve resolved this issue and ongoing calls are now dropped whenever a user closes the app.
