Improved functionality with a range of new features added.
Our latest 3CX iOS App is now available in the App Store! Much faster and with a fresh new look, it comes with a number of both modern and useful features to help you easily manage multiple calls, whether on hold or incoming. You can navigate back and keep chatting, know who’s calling and check if the people you want to call are free to talk. And most important of all - you can choose which call you need to prioritize, with just a simple tap!
Dialer

A fresh new look has been given to the dialer, notably with the following features:
- See if the person is available to talk before calling
- See the avatar of the person you’re talking with
- Enhanced navigation functionality
- We’ve removed the bottom bar creating more space whilst on a call
- Use standard top-left Back button to navigate to previous screen
Multi-Call View

When you have multiple calls - either on hold or incoming - there are some useful features to help you manage them easily:
- A scrollable list of your callers
- Identify who’s calling you by their avatar or initials
- Status of the call is displayed with customized icons like ‘On hold’ or ‘Incoming call’
- Each row is clickable allowing you to move the ‘On hold’ button to the Active call window
Call Bar

If you’re on a call, by tapping the top-left Back button you go to a previous screen, so you can continue to navigate and chat whilst still on the call. At the same time, a green bar is shown at the top of the screen showing the current call - simply tap it and you’ll be returned to the Dialer.
Status in Dialer

Now when you’re dialing a number, you can instantly see the status of the person you’re calling so you will know whether they are available to talk.
Other Features and Fixes
Alongside UI improvements for smaller devices, the new iOS App provides microphone integration with iOS 16 Control Center settings. The FaceTime button is replaced to allow you to elevate an incoming audio call to video. We’ve also fixed some compatibility issues with iOS 14 and iOS 15.
