New Live Chat (5.3.347) and WordPress Plugin (10.0.10)

The following WordPress updates have been applied to the 3CX LiveChat plugin. These will be downloaded automatically if you’re using the Live Chat Code Snippet plugin. For WordPress you will be prompted to update if automatic updates are not enabled.

Live Chat Version 5.3.347

  • Fixed Memory leaks and improved start of the plugin.
  • Resolved the issue where the call button was still displayed despite "Enable calls to a queue" being disabled.
  • Addressed the issue where calls received through Live Chat were being routed to the ‘End Call’.
  • Updated Translations
  • Fixed the issue of Live Chat plugin html failing accessibility checks in Google lighthouse.
  • Added functionality to expose offline greetings message when offline form is being used.
  • Resolved the issue of the "StartUP mode" option not working correctly.
  • Fixed issue when web visitor clicks on the checkbox to accept the GDPR rules.
  • Fixed issue with the name of the person typing.
  • Fixed issue with calls not working correctly when chat is disabled.
  • Fixed alignment of chat template placeholders.
  • Fixed shift + enter to move to a new line when typing.
