How to Upgrade

Upgrade your IP Phone firmware directly from the Admin Console in your 3CX. Navigate to “Phones” > “Upgrade”.

Alternatively, you can upgrade from the Users page of the Admin Console. Navigate to "Users" > Click on a User > select the "IP Phone" tab > "Upgrade"
