Latest iOS BETA prepares for the release of V20 U3.
With the release of V20 Update 3 BETA, the 3CX iOS app required some under-the-hood preparation to ensure a smooth transition to the latest PBX.
75% Faster Reconnection Time
The iOS reconnection mechanism often dropped out when attempting reconnection from Wi-Fi to roaming. We have addressed this for 75% faster reconnection times.
Missing Numbers & Profiles
- The issue of incoming calls not displaying external calling numbers, such as SMS or WhatsApp, has been resolved.
- When attempting to add participants into a group chat who do not work in the same department, their avatars/extension names were unable to be seen. This has also been resolved.
Other Fixes
- Addressed the inefficient call history data retrieval.
- Addressed issues regarding call monitoring.
