Back in April, we announced several updates to our license editions to better reflect how AI features are delivered and priced today. As part of that announcement, we noted that NFR ENT+ subscriptions would be phased out in the coming months.
That transition is now complete. Partner and Distributor NFR ENT+ subscriptions have been replaced with the new AI Edition.
What This Means for Partners and Distributors
This update has been processed on our end, ensuring a seamless transition for your NFR licenses.
- Transcription Options: To keep using transcription services, you can deploy a dedicated 3CX AI Server by following our guide. Alternatively, you can easily connect one of our supported third-party AI integrations, such as Google Speech, Grok, or OpenAI.
- Ready for AI: By running the AI Edition, your NFR system is perfectly positioned to test and showcase 3CX’s latest integrations, including upcoming AI agent features, directly to your customers.
- Zero Action Required: You do not need to manually update your license keys or adjust your deployments. The conversion has been handled automatically.
