Voicemail transcription snippets, number blocking and SMS restrictions through your Android phone.

Following the beta release, the Android App V5.3 is now available for production use. This update brings with it smarter voicemail handling, better control over unwanted calls and chats and consistent SMS restrictions across your system.

Please note: the features mentioned below are only supported with Version 20 Update 7 onwards.

Transcription Snippets for Voicemails & Recordings

View transcprition snippet

Voicemails now show a snippet of the transcription directly in your call list, making it easier to quickly see what a message is about. Recordings also display a short summary. When you need the full text, simply tap the transcription icon to open it.

Block Numbers from Call or Chat History

You can now block numbers straight from your chat or call history. This includes external, SMS or WhatsApp contacts. Once blocked, the number is added to your CID blacklist, meaning no further calls or SMS can get through.

  • From Chat: Open the chat menu and select Block number.
  • From Recents: Tap on the menu button next to the number and select Block number.

SMS Restrictions by Country Code

The Allowed Country Codes setting now extends to SMS messages. If someone attempts to send an SMS outside the permitted country codes, the message is automatically blocked and the user sees an error. This ensures your SMS usage remains aligned with company policy.
