Our latest iOS App (Beta) is designed for simpler and faster interaction with its core functionalities: Chat, Voicemail, and Calls. We’ve added a new command menu on the home screen, as well as including an application badge for incoming chat messages.
No fear of missing chats
Be alerted of chat messages left unread even when the app is closed! The iOS App now displays a warning badge on the home screen application icon to notify you of the number of unread messages.
By long-pressing the 3CX application icon, you will be able to quickly access the app’s main features - missed calls, chat messages, and voicemails.
Fast chat conversation handling
You can now manage queued and live chat conversations directly from the chat list. Simply swipe the conversation item in the list to the left, then tap the More button to access the menu of typical operations like Transfer, Dealt with, and Take ownership.
Upgrade your PBX to V18 by 1st May 2022
3CX V18 has been out for a while, offering a better mobile experience, in terms of audio, reconnection functionality, and reliable call notifications. After 1st May 2022, the 3CX iOS App will no longer connect to Version 16. Upgrade your PBX today to the latest version.
