3CX Softphone App V5.6

Softphone App is now ready for production use.

The 3CX Softphone V5.6 is now ready for production following its beta release.

BETA release included office hours override from the Account menu, command-line arguments for configuration, improved Poly headset support, and several usability and reliability fixes. Version 20 Update 9 or later is required to use the office hours override functionality.

No further user-facing changes have been added since the beta.

How To Get V5.6

Search for 3CX in the Microsoft Store to download the final version. If you have the BETA installed, uninstall it before using the production version.
