To be applied as soon as possible.

We’ve released a Hotfix Build 20.0.7.1080 for Update 7 that addresses key stability and maintenance issues affecting outbound rules, voicemail notifications, backups and TimescaleDB metrics. We strongly recommend all users running Update 7 (or earlier) to apply this hotfix as soon as possible.

What’s Fixed In This Build

  • Outbound Rule – second route failing Resolved an issue where, if the logging level was set too low, the second outbound route would not be used. Calls now route correctly under all logging levels.
  • Voicemail Indicator (MWI) not updating When using custom SMTP servers without authentication, some voicemail indicators were delayed or not delivered. Fixed to ensure reliable MWI updates.
  • TimescaleDB disk usage Metrics tables could grow unchecked in certain cases. Improved compression, retention and cleanup now ensure stable disk usage over time.
  • FTP/FTPS backup failures Resolved a library issue introduced in Update 7 that caused backup jobs to fail. Backups now complete successfully across all transport types.
  • Queue call termination when unattended Improved call-queue logic so that calls are correctly dropped when a queue becomes unattended.
  • Holiday spanning two years Adjusted date handling so that holidays extending over a year boundary are now processed correctly.
  • Cannot download firmwares Fixed an issue where older firmware files were incorrectly removed during backups, preventing downloads.
