Minor fixes ahead of final release.
Building on the successful releases of ALPHA, BETA and RC, we’re now in the final stages before Update 9 final goes live. Read on for an update on minor fixes in this RC2.
Fixes in Release Candidate 2
- Grok (xAI) summarization - fixed an issue where summaries were always generated in English, regardless of the transcription language, even for languages supported by Grok.
- Windows installer - fixed an installation failure caused by a missing VC++ redistributable package.
- Remote Archive - fixed an issue where recordings with existing transcriptions could not be downloaded if they were archived.
- "See Presence" view rights - fixed an issue where per-user disabling was not updating correctly due to recent API changes.

Get Started with V20 Update 9 RC2
To try out these new features, upgrade to RC 2:
- Log in to the Admin Console
- Navigate to System > Updates
- Select Update 9 RC 2 and click Download
