Includes general fixes and improvements to the reporting feature.
Following the BETA and BETA 2 releases of V20, Update 1 we are nearing the final release with the Release Candidate. This Release Candidate includes mostly fixes found in the BETAs and improvements of the reporting feature.
Improvements/Fixes
- Issues with duplicate MAC addresses which were overwriting previous devices.
- Scheduled reports were sent when PBX was in Failover Passive mode.
- Deadlock when initializing service.
- Ring group statistics export, csv does not contain Total Received & Total Unanswered columns.
- Scheduled team queue general statistics report.
- Scheduled reports for last year included wrong results.
- Abandoned chats report scheduled redirects to People when there is no queue in the department.
- Reports DQS/QCB/SLA stats CSV results differed from WC filtering results.
- Rounding of 60 seconds in CSV export caused analytic Bi software to state that this is invalid.
- Report print view page reloaded unexpectedly.
- Crash with Print when generating an Extension Statistics report.
- Exceptions caused custom reports to email with specific filename.
