We’re looking for ways to provide our customers and partners with more VoIP Provider & SIP trunking options. Options that will make it easier to set-up 3CX, and allow our customers to save more money and our partners to earn more commission. To this end we are looking to reach out to VoIP Providers and work with them to improve the options available to you. But in order to do that we would like to understand the most important issues that you as customers face so that we may focus our efforts in those areas. That is, our system recognizes failure in delivering the call to client’s 3CX system and forwards the calls automatically to another number configured in their SIP trunk account, an analog line or a cell phone number. So, clients receive their calls even when their power or Internet is down. Our voice quality and price is one of the best in the market. We have some of the top ten hotels and resorts in the nation and some high volume contact centers as our clients for years and have had zero down times. We like to certify our SIP trunk with 3CX.

  2. Hi Guys, We are extremely satisfied with the 3CX product and the support by your teams. What would be nice is to have South Africa VoIP providers tested and certified to integrate with the 3CX. We have done this personally with 2 providers in South Africa and would be happy to work with your teams (locally too) to get these integrations vetted and pre-loaded into the software.

    Certify more providerss!!!!!!! I like having options for my clients and the current 3cx certified providers leave something to be desired for example most don’t have a tech support dept. I feel more comfortable knowing I can pick up the phone and talk to someone if we are having issues . Not the email supports hope for the best most of the VoIP providers you certified use today. Interoperability with larger carriers in my opinion is key to winning more opportunities.

    • Hi, Thanks for your feedback. We are certifying more providers but cant check the support of those carriers. Encourage voip providers to sign up as interop partners. In our experience the larger ones dont always have good service or support either. Of course it depends per company. We now have a simple and inexpensive way for providers to do interop…

    • As one of the Certified providers we consistently run surveys and solicit feedback, the latest run shows that 100% of the respondents would recommend or highly recommend SigmaVoIP SIP trunk and the highlight of this was that 89% selected us because of the outstanding technical expertise. We operate a dedicated support team with all 3CX Advanced Certified Engineers and while we ask that a ticket be filed first, we gladly take support calls from 8AM ET to 8PM ET. I am at a loss understanding where the “current providers leave something to be desired”. 3CX runs a very comprehensive test protocol. I also think that the other currently certified provider do a good job at providing support.
