Deploying a new self-hosted 3CX instance is easier than ever with the re-introduction of the deployment wizard. The sign up process from the 3CX website has also been simplified to separate Enterprise and SMB customers who wish to try 3CX for free.
Streamlined 3CX Sign Up
Whereas before all potential customers would go down the same route, we’ve now separated smaller customers from larger enterprises. Small Businesses still get 3CX free forever. However, Enterprise customers - who require more features than the free version offers - get a free 2 month 3CX PRO trial with the options to self-host, hosted by 3CX or download on-premise.
The 3CX Sweet Spot
3CX makes it easy for SMBs to get a free communications system, hosted by 3CX. However, this is not our primary market.
Our sweet spot is the larger 25-1000 user installations who can self-host and who require a more advanced and sometimes complex communications system. We offer a solution at a fraction of our competitors’ price along with the easiest and most uncomplicated, setup and management. That’s our difference!
Easier Self-Hosting of 3CX
Up until recently Enterprise customers could only self-host 3CX by downloading images from each cloud’s marketplace. We’ve now made it possible to self-host 3CX in your cloud by bringing back the deployment wizard - making the whole process much more straightforward.
Supported cloud providers:
If you already host servers in one of the above leading cloud providers it would make sense to host your 3CX instance yourself. If you don’t use one of these providers, 3CX can host for you.
