Next stop - Update 7 Final.
Following Alpha, Beta, RC1 and RC2 releases, we’re releasing RC3 to address the last minor fixes and improvements before Update 7 Final.
Fixes & Improvements
- Loop Detection: Added protection to prevent queues from being looped.
- Microphone Settings: Addressed issue with microphone settings not saving due to recent Chromium changes.
- Recording Management: Fixed issues with custom time zone filters when searching recordings.
- Queue Intro Prompt: Intro prompt no longer continues playing when call is routed to Destination No Answer.
- OAuth Authentication: Fixed memory leaks caused by OAuth authentication.
- Queue Manager Stability:
- Fixed stuck calls occurring under race conditions when a caller answered while the agent dropped simultaneously.
- Addressed memory leaks during callback operations.
- Added tracking of active calls to protect against delays inside Queue Manager to avoid stuck calls.
Get Started With Update 7 Release Candidate 3
To try out these new features, upgrade to V20 Update 7 RC3.
- Log in to the Admin Console
- Navigate to System > Updates
- Select New 20.0 Update 7 RC3 and click Download
