3CXPhone for Android is a free SIP phone that allows you to make VoIP calls via a VoIP provider or VoIP PBX from an Android based smartphone such as Google Nexus, HTC Desire, Motorola Droid, Sony Xperia X10, Samsung Galaxy and many more. Android OS 2.0 through 3.1 are supported.
3CXPhone for Android is free, although you need to have a VoIP provider or VoIP PBX account from a 3rd party to make and receive calls free of charge or at low cost (depending on the provider). 3CX does not provide such a service. You can find a list of VoIP providers here.
